KS2 Annual Cricket Festival

A selection of Year 3 and Year 4 children spent the day at Ampthill Cricket Club, representing The Firs in the Redborne Schools Sports Partnership annual cricket festival.  Both Firs teams had a very successful day, each achieving second place in their groups, missing the semi-final by just 1 point!

Well done to all the children who took part, whose behaviour was outstanding displaying true sportsmanship and team spirit throughout the whole event, we are very proud of you.

We would like to thank Miss Hill for organising this event and to the other members of staff who accompanied the children.
