Year 4 Intergenerational Visits

On Monday, Willow Class visited Baycroft Care Home and Senior Village in Flitwick, where they spent the morning with some of the residents taking part in activities to help them get to know them, including making Rice Crispie Cakes!  Both the children and the residents thoroughly enjoyed the interaction and it was lovely to see Willow Class getting so much out of their visit.

Next Monday, Oak Class will be visitng Baycroft and we will let you know how they all get on. 

We would like to thank all the parents who helped with accompanying the children on this trip and to Mrs Rogers for organising this wonderful opportunity to get involved with the wider community.
