Year 2 and Year 3 Visit to The Firs!!

It was such a pleasure to be able to welcome our Y2 children back to the Firs for their visits. Their faces lit up when they saw their teachers again and it was obvious how much they enjoyed seeing all their friends once more.

They loved the activities on offer, including talking about their recent experiences, singing and endless giggles playing with parachutes! Miss Hamilton and Miss Hill talked about next year and all the things they have to look forward to in Y3 and having been presented with a picture montage of their class and school staff, they went home with a lolly and a lovely smile on their faces!

It was fantastic to see so many of our Y3 children when they visited us this week! They all had a marvellous time and it was really lovely to see them enjoying themselves, with big smiles on their faces! They had a great time playing Splatt! (They can explain that one to you!)

They had the opportunity to talk about their experiences and feelings during the lockdown and really valued the chance to see all their classmates and teachers again. Mrs Rogers and Miss Blake joined them to talk about being in Y4 next year and they were very interested to learn about all the exciting things coming up for them from September.
