PUPILS OPEN LIME TREE COURT BRIDGE

MAKING WINTER WALKING TO SCHOOL SAFER

On Tuesday 29th November School Council members from The Firs Lower and Alameda Middle School gathered to represent their schools and to mark the official opening of a new bridge that will assist in the safer and more direct walk to school for pupils and parents.

Storey Homes have developed the land behind The Limes, which sits between the schools and Ampthill town centre. As part of the development a bridge has been installed over the brook, along with a path through the development for all to use, thus taking away the need to walk down a very busy Station Road to and from school.
