Year 3, Autumn 2017 Egyptian Artefacts
Year 3 have really enjoyed learning all about the Ancient Egyptians. Some of made some fantastic artefacts (see the Year 3 homework page) We can describe the natural resources in Egypt and explain why they were important. We can discuss what we can learn from artefacts and talk about the great pyramids and what they were like. We can even tell you what being at scribe school might have been like, and give you instructions on how to make a mummy. We had great fun performing our rap about the pyramids!
PLEASE WATCH OUR VIDEO OF ALL THE CHILDREN IN YEAR 3, HAZEL AND ELM CLASS, PERFORMING THEIR EGYPTIAN RAP
Some children have also made models to represent the value of hope, they have created a hope or dream to make the world a better place.
