CHUMs Cake Sale
Fundraising by Year 4 pupils
Yesterday, a group of Year 4 pupils organised a cake sale in aid of the charity ‘CHUMs’.
CHUMs is a charity that started as a voluntary service supporting bereaved children and their families. Today, CHUMS supports over 3,000 referrals per year. They help children with a range of different emotional needs and do fantastic work in Central Bedfordshire.
The children planned the cake sale themselves and were very pleased with all the donations of cakes or biscuits. The cake sale was very well attended and the Year 4s did a brisk trade taking in £50, which will be donated to Chums.
Thank you to everyone for their generosity.
