Speech and Language Support

These sessions follow specific programmes of work set by a speech and language therapist.  These take the form of small group or individual sessions.  The speech and language programme set is then assessed and evaluated by the child's speech and language therapist.  Sessions within school are currently run by Mrs Gaulton who liaises with the speech and language therapists.

If you have any concerns regarding your child's speech and language development please speak to the child's class teacher or alternatively contact your health visitors or doctor.

Note: As from September 2013 any child under 5 who requires a speech and language referral will need to be accessed at one of the drop-in clinics at a Sure Start Centre. (The closest centre is Malham Close, Flitwick)

Please contact Mrs Gaulton the school Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator. (SENDCo) if you require more details.
